Why Does It Hurt So Much??? Is it because it was Texas Christian University??? Well yes actually, especially since they share the same conference and this not only destroys BYU's loss-less season knocking them out of the top 10 but worse, it knocks them off the top of the MWC. This was really not a good game to lose, and to lose so badly (32-7)... I know it shouldn't matter, but FETCH (I only reserve such strong language for really deserving situations like this one)!!!! FETCH, FETCH, FETCH, FLIP and FETCH! Now thanks to BYU I have to make an appointment to see my Bishop for excessive potty mouth.
I really thought BYU had something this year... I've only been able to watch one game, against Utah State University where based on stats BYU should have destroyed them but didn't. And now this... I mean I knew they weren't going to the Rose Bowl or anything, their schedule wasn't strong enough. But it sure would have been nice to finish in the top 10!
Kudos to TCU, it will be fun to watch them and the U of U battle it out for the MWC. I guess there is always next year for us Cougs... However, we must beat the U of U, that will save some face. If we don't, I'll hang my head in shame and probably use a lot more Utahrd obscenities...

Yea! You used the word Utahrd! Isn't it awesome? I'm thinking more people need to add it to their vocabulary.
As for the whole football thing, I have no clue whatsoever. I don't think football has ever been on in our home. Makes Kris kind of an outcast I guess. He watches home improvement shows like most men watch sports (Holmes on Holmes, This Old House, Yankee Workshop etc...) which means keep the snacks coming and ask him during a comercial...but he keeps the projects coming and I love when he's done with them so I can't complain.
Garity, I'm not a huge sports enthusiast either but I do try to at least stay up on the top 10 in college football, especially if BYU is ranked in the top 20, and moreso if they are ranked in the top 10.
I can find entertainment in almost any competitive sport when it gets to the finals/playoffs, world series, superbowl, etc. I typically don't have time for even that though much less regular season sports. So, I'm probably more like Kris than I am "the normal man", whatever that is.

To think that I almost made the drive up north to go to that game! SO glad I didn't.
